My mom has the best recipe for a quick, no bake, low calorie, creamy pie. You can suit it to fit your individual taste by deciding what flavor of sugar free pudding that you would like to add. People rave over this delicious pie everywhere my mom takes it, for instance, church dinners.
Ingredients: 1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
1 small tub of Cool Whip ( plain )
1 8 ounce package of light cream cheese ( partially softened)
1 small box of sugar free pudding mix, of your choice and 2 cups of milk.
Make the pudding mixture and let it set up, or another term is thicken, and chill.
Mix the Cool Whip, cream cheese, and pudding mixture together with a spoon and place into the pie crust.
Chill for 2 hours and serve.
This pie can be made with any sugar free pudding such as, vanilla, pistachio, butterscotch, vanilla, banana, strawberry, chocolate, white chocolate, lime, lemon, pumpkin, orange, or any other pudding flavor on the market.
This pie can be used for dessert at home, or taken to family dinners, family reunions, picnics, church dinners, a gift for someone who is ill, to a friend’s house when invited over for dinner.
Chill the pie well when taking it along for dinner dessert.
You can also make this pie with regular pudding if you prefer.
You can add flavored yogurt to this pie also to make it a delicious treat.
Cool Whip spread on top of the pie gives it a lot of flavor and presents a lovely looking dish.
This pie will give you enjoyment without the worry of a lot of calories.
